IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ FIRST!
Orders will be accepted from the 1st-15th of each month.
Orders will not be processed until AFTER the deadline displayed. Once the store closes, orders will be completed within 2-3 weeks.
If you select pick up from Richmond Ballet, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Additional orders will not be accepted after the sale deadline as that will cause a delay in the production of all other orders.
Items are subject to availability, if an item you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you about your options
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds or exchanges can be accepted.
We are not held responsible for sizing discrepancies. Please ensure all selections are correct before submitting your order.
